About

My name is Michal and I am a dipl. coach as well as a practitioner of Shibari/BDSM. My journey began years ago when I realized my own "nice guy" tendencies and I started to consciously work on myself through different modalities such as somatic experiencing and psychotherapy. I deeply trust in the self-regulating properties of our bodies and in my work I use a somatic approach supported by coaching, mindfulness and meditation techniques. In my work I follow a non-dual approach, grounded in the belief that everyone is equal in their approach to life, sexuality, and relationships. I believe that each person has the potential to experience life in their own unique way.

My personal story and experiences allow me to connect with the challenges faced by GBTQ men and I am passionate about helping them rediscover their potential, happiness and authenticity in life. I believe that working with the body is the gateway to inner freedom, overcoming internal blocks, toxic shame and the chains imposed by society. I organize Shibari workshops, mindfulness mountain trips and lead individual coaching & Shibari/BDSM sessions tailored to the specific needs of my clients.

On a more personal note: the journey of self-discovery can be challenging, but every step we take toward authenticity and embracing our true selves is a victory. I believe in the power of connection and being present in the moment and I am here to support anyone who wants to embark on this transformative path. In my approach, it’s not about building another spiritual persona or adhering to prescribed formulas. Instead, I create a space for authentic truth — as it naturally unfolds. No pressure. No false brilliance. Just a deep acceptance of chaos, shadow and uncertainty as integral parts of the process.
